Warranty and returns
As a customer, you are entitled to a reliable product. As importer, we therefore do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Before we dispatch our products, they are tested to ensure they are operating correctly. It sometimes occurs that a product does not work as expected. In that case, please contact our customer services department. The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by water, a fall or a blow to the product
- Improper use of the item
- Damage to the atomizer due to improper use
- Damage as a result of using the MiCigarrillo e-cigarette in combination with other brands
Product warranty
All MiCigarrillo products are supplied with a factory warranty of 12 months. After the expiry of this warranty period, you can purchase replacement parts on our website at reduced prices.
